Golf Tournament: Thursday, September 21, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM  ***CLOSED; contact the office for more information***

Begin the NPRRA conference with a day on the green at beautiful Gaylord Springs Golf Links. Carved from the banks of the meandering Cumberland River, their Scottish links-style, par-72 layout offers 18 holes bordered by beautiful limestone bluffs and wetlands. With challenges around every fairway bend, Gaylord Springs creates an exciting finish every time a flag is pulled from the cup.

Price for both all-inclusive and a la carte registration options is $135. This includes the tournament, lunch, drinks, golf cart, and prizes.

Private Food Tour: Thursday, September 21, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Nashville is full of delicious treats, and this private tour is the best way to experience the best of them. The morning will begin in Nashville's Bicentennial Mall as attendees indulge in local cupcakes. Then, move to Centennial Park to enjoy smoked turkey with southern inspired sides. Directly after, sample award winning brisket, spare ribs, and hush puppies at one of Nashville's premier whole hog BBQ joints. The tour will conclude with authentic Nashville Hot Chicken and a signature cocktail.

Price for both all-inclusive and a la carte options is $115.

Segway Tour: Thursday, September 21, 1:30 - 4:00 PM

iRide Nashville's Downtown Experience tour gives you the most unique and relaxing way to enjoy downtown. Within two and a half hours, you'll learn how to ride a Segway and get a guided Segway tour around the most popular sites in Nashville. They'll cover landmarks such as the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Fort Nashborough, Bicentennial Mall, Farmer's Market, and the Tennessee State Capitol.

Price for both all-inclusive and a la carte options is $85.

Nashville Nights at Famous Saloon: Friday, September 22, 6:00 - 9:30 PM

Get a feel for what an evening in Nashville is really like. Attendees will enjoy tasty southern cuisine and live music at this upscale honkey tonk in Nashville's famous Music District. While boots and hats aren't required, they are encouraged!

Fun Run through Centennial Park: Saturday, September 23, 6:45 - 7:30 AM

You don't have to miss your daily run just because you're at conference. Join fellow attendees for an early morning fun run before breakfast, and start your day on the right foot. Routes range from 3 to 6 miles.!  Meet in the lobby by the fireplace.


Hop On Hop Off Trolley Tour: Saturday, September 23, 1:30 - 5:00 PM

Old Town Trolley is known the best sightseeing tour in Nashville, and you get a chance to experience it! This Hop On Hop Off Tour includes 15 stops around the city, over 100 points of interest, and fully narrated tours between stops. Check out all 15 stops on Old Town Trolley's website, and see just how many major Nashville spots you'll be able to visit!

Price for both all-inclusive and a la carte options is $40.

Pub Crawl Walking Tour: Saturday, September 23, 2:00 - 5:00 PM

Take a stroll with your NPRRA colleagues in beautiful downtown Nashville, and enjoy three well-known hot spots. Indulge in Nashville's tastiest brews while connecting with your newly-made conference connections. You can choose to use your three drink tickets at one establishment, or visit each pub to get the full experience.

Price for both all-inclusive and a la carte options $35.

Walk the Line - A Johnny Cash Event at Musicians Hall of Fame: Saturday, September 23, 6:00 - 9:00 PM

Located in the Historic Nashville Municipal Auditorium, attendees will take a step back in time with the Man in Black himself. Learn about the incredible life of Johnny Cash and enjoy the priceless memorabilia on display. Dress in your best black and white attire and indulge in drinks and a delicious sit down dinner. Event includes admission to the Musicians Hall of Fame.

New Member and First Time Attendee Meeting: Thursday, September 21, 6:15 PM

Attending a conference for the first time can sometimes be overwhelming. There are so many new people to meet and so much new information to learn, it's hard to soak it all in.

That's why we hope you'll start your Austin experience at the New Member and First Time Attendee Meeting with us. Open only to those who have never been to an NPRRA Conference, this small group meeting is the perfect event to help you ease into the world of NPRRA.

Financial Roundtable: Wednesday, September 20, 4:30 – 5:15 PM

Only open to NPRRA members, this event is an opportunity for the membership to review and discuss the association’s financials with the board. Registration is required.
